Firstly, thank you thank you thank you to all who have used Doc Academy…you’re part of our growing family as we’re already being used in over 320 schools since September 2013! Now the future of Doc Academy is in your hands...
Whilst we’re in more and more schools and capturing incredible impact (67% of schools say we contributed to an improvement in key skills), we’re still fairly young.
We want to keep improving our service and making sure it does everything you need it to do and more…this is where we need your and your students’ help and feedback.
With the support of Teach First teacher Rachel Inegbedion, we’ve put together some super simple feedback forms we’d love you and your students to complete. They’re for those who’ve used Doc Academy in class and will take less than 10 mins to fill in.
Not only is this feedback useful to us to help make Doc Academy even better, it’ll also be a brilliant exercise for your students on SMSC- related topics, which you can use as part of your OFSTED assessment
You and your students can either fill in the online versions or email a request for printable surveys to docacademy@britdoc.org with ‘Printable Surveys’ as a subject heading and the name of your school in the message content. We will also be posting versions to your school for you to photocopy, feel free to use either.
